Anne is a partner in the firm and holds a doctorate doctorate in law ("La notion de dirigeant de groupement" ("The Concept of Group Leadership"), thesis 2004, UT1 Toulouse Capitole).

Anne has been practising as a lawyer since 2007, and mainly advises on the following areas

Individual employment relations (drafting and termination of employment contracts, new forms of salaried employment, subcontracting or provision of staff),

Collective labor relations: Collective bargaining and drafting of company agreements (mandatory annual negotiations, working hours, workforce planning and skills management, telecommuting, union rights),

Occupational health: simple illness, industrial accidents, occupational illnesses, incapacity, inexcusable misconduct, management of employer procedures and remedies,

Social aspect of mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructurings (defining strategy and timelines, consulting employee representative institutions, transferring employment contracts, handling company agreements, dealing with employee representative bodies, economic layoffs, social audits),

Anne has developed expertise in social security and social protection. She assists her clients with URSSAF audits and litigation, establishing, auditing, or modifying company practices in accordance with social security regulations. She also works on the implementation and monitoring of decisions or agreements regarding provident schemes, mutual insurance, and supplementary and additional retirement plans.
