After gaining a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in health law (UT1 Toulouse Capitole), Héloïse became a lawyer in 2008.

She joined the team in 2010.

Héloïse practises both as an adviser and in litigation, in employment law and social security law. She also has experience in criminal law.

She is particularly involved in monitoring individual employment relationships (recruitment, drafting of contracts, incidents during contracts, and termination of contracts) and appeals relating to health in the workplace: simple illness, industrial accidents, occupational illnesses, unfitness for work, inexcusable misconduct.

She has also developed expertise in administrative law and civil service law.
